SHARE A SULLIVAN’S ISLAND HOME

Are you thinking about a second home in Charleston?  Are you a snowbird who is looking for a winter retreat from the northern cold?  Our Sullivan’s Island waterfront home is available for rental during the non-summer months every year.  Our deep water home is our summer residence, in the winter we live in downtown Charleston.  We are looking for an individual or a couple or a family who wants to share this house with us as a second home.  We are offering it for rent for a term of from 6 to 8 ½ months, preferably on a recurring basis.  The house is fully furnished; you just need to bring your bathing suit.

Our house is located at 1424 Thompson Avenue, Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina on Cove Creek.  It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.  It is ideal for relaxed entertaining and family gatherings.  The best thing about the house is its proximity to water.  It is on the creek with a dock for swimming, keeping a crab pot and mooring a boat.  The beach and the Atlantic Ocean are a short walk through a maritime forest.  Sullivan’s Island is a magical place.
