LEASE TERMS

House is available from September 1 through May 15

6 Month Lease                                     $3,000/month plus utilities

7 Month Lease                                     $2,800/month plus utilities

8 to 8 ½ Month Lease                          $2,600/month plus utilities

 

- Security Deposit equal to one month’s rent

 - Non-smokers only.  No smoking allowed in house

 - Pets allowed if type and number approved and payment of non-refundable pet deposit

 - No more than 12 overnight occupants permitted

- Utilities remain in our name and tenant reimburses us for actual cost.  Various arrangements can be made to simplify the payment of the monthly utilities.  Comcast cable TV and high speed internet is about $90/month, electrical service can range between $75 and $300/month depending on personal settings, water and sewer is about $30/month and basic phone service about $35/month.
