OUR HOUSE

Our home is ideal for Thanksgiving and Christmas family gatherings; it can accommodate up to 12 overnight guests. The kitchen is the hub of the house, having been remodeled in 2006 with an alcove for lounging and dining. The upstairs sun room makes a beautiful study area overlooking the creek with a day bed with a trundle bed for extra overnight visitors. The second bedroom upstairs can be made into a king size bed or two twins; it also has a trundle bed. The house has different zones for relaxing-- the front living room, the back living room facing the creek, the screened porch and the upstairs sunroom. The Creek is the primary focus and is wonderful for swimming, kayaking on all tides, crabbing or just sunning on the dock. The yard is fenced to manage dogs and young children. This is our summer residence so it has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
